Marialena is a lawyer based between Athens and Elounda, Crete, focusing on intellectual property (IP), technology law, corporate law and data protection.

She advises businesses and individuals on legal strategies for innovation and on their day-to-day operations, with a particular emphasis on emerging technologies and the protection, exploitation and enforcement of IP rights.

Marialena holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property & Competition Law (NKUA) and an MSc in Law & ICT (UNIPI), equipping me with a deep understanding of the intersection between law, technology, and business.
She is also a law graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace, and she continuously seeks to bridge legal expertise with practical solutions in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
